How are my nutrient goals calculated?
Goals are estimated from your profile using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and published Recommended Dietary Allowances. You can view the full sources in the app under the menu → Sources & References.
How do I delete my account?
Open the menu (☰) in the top-right of the app, tap Account, then "Delete My Account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
Is my data private?
Your data is tied to your account and used only to power your nutrition tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.
